Who we are
CognitionX Logic India Private Limited was incorporated in February 2025 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, India. We are a team of engineers, architects and domain experts who have spent years building large-scale systems for others — and came together to build products of our own, the way we always believed they should be built.
We are independent and product-led. We do not run ads, we do not sell data, and we do not build features whose real customer is anyone other than the person using the product.
Our name: Cognition × Logic — human insight multiplied by rigorous engineering. The X is the multiplication.
Our mission
To build software that keeps its promises: products where privacy, security and reliability are properties of the architecture — enforced by cryptography and by owning our own infrastructure — never favours granted by an operator who could change their mind.
Our vision
A world where people and businesses use technology that simplifies, innovates and accelerates their growth — without surveillance being the price of admission. We want CognitionX Logic to be the company people point to when they say private, honest software can also be world-class.
How we work
- Zero-knowledge by default. If a system can be designed so we never see the data, that is the design we ship.
- Own the rails. We run our own servers, multi-homed across Europe and India, so no third party sits between our users and their data.
- Ship, measure, harden. Small teams, fast releases, and relentless testing on real devices in real conditions.
- Say it plainly. Our policies are short and true, because the architecture does the heavy lifting.
